Nice location, beautiful lobby
Location. Beautiful exterior and lobby
Room was quite basic for 4 star hotel. View was horrible. Got to look down on roof with dead pigeon No extra facilities like gym or any partnership with a gym.

Excellent as usual - look forward to returning next year!
We have stayed at the Hotel West End on several occasions, and the staff are exceptional in their welcome every time - In the foyer area, reception desk, breakfast room and restaurant we could not have asked for better!
Regulating the room temperature proved difficult (too hot). But we were provided with a fan once issue was reported.

What was the highlight of Hôtel West End Promenade
Amazing ocean front view, a little musty.
The staff was very kind in helping carry bags or providing help as needed. The water front view was also amazing, we loved sitting on our balcony and watching the ocean.
The ac was turned off and the room only had heavy blankets, making sleeping difficult.

Hotel did not live up to my expectations
Location excellent . Staff helpful First room offered had a very mouldy smell and needed updating Second room offered was a lot nicer but sadly did not have the balcony we requested Breakfast and evening meal very good
